Operation “Hit By a Bus”

A fun exercise with interns is executing something we like to call operation hit by a bus. Our most recent intern was able to take on my role for a full week when in a mock “Bryan gets hit by a bus, and now you do it.” Sometimes you don’t know what you are really passing on to others until you are taken out of the equation. Remove yourself. Watch others step in. They might surprise you in what they are capable of!
